About "Open Heart "
Rules and Ethics
Open Heart Tarot is a space I've created to encourage self exploration through the medium of the Tarot. I believe the Tarot is a powerful tool that provides guidance and clarity through the images, symbols and archetypes that exist within the "collective unconscious". The cards act as a mirror that reflects back to the querent hidden, foggy or obscured areas of the psyche. This helps to encourage new approaches and new ways of thinking about matters both external and internal.
The Tarot has been a transformative influence in my life and has given me hope and direction through life's difficulties and upheavals. I have been working with the Tarot for many years and I hope to help spread this positivity through the medium of Open Heart and offer guidance and advice to those in need.
We are living through very difficult social, economic and political times and I believe the Tarot can be a useful way of gaining the clarity needed to navigate and overcome personal obstacles and emotional blocks during this dark and confusing portion of human history.
I always try to take the material reality of people's lives into account when dealing with clients, which is why I offer a "Pay what you can afford" option because I believe that everyone should have access to this tool regardless of economic constraints.

1. I DO NOT consider myself to be a psychic or a medium and I do not believe that the tarot is a tool to predict the future or contact the dead. I believe the tarot is a psychological tool used to explore the internal landscape and to investigate the energies surrounding a specific situation.
2. I do not offer sessions to any person under the age of 18
3. My readings are about self exploration and offering guidance through the tarot and through my own intuition. I am not a licensed therapist and cannot offer help with issues like severe depression, suicide, psychosis and other psychological emergencies. For these kinds of problems it is best to visit your GP and ask for a referral to a professional that is better suited to help.
4. The Tarot will NOT always tell you what you want to hear or what you are expecting to hear. I believe it tells you what you may NEED to hear and sometimes tough love can be healing and transformative. I do not give refunds for unsatisfactory insights and sessions. It is important to think carefully and examine your reasons for wanting to purchase a reading beforehand.
5. I usually focus my readings on the individual that I am working with and I do not answer questions about parties not present during the reading.
6. If you fail to fully consider the rules and ethics before purchasing a reading, your money WILL NOT be refunded.
7. If you are late for your appointment for more than 10min I will assume you are a no- show and you will be given the chance to reschedule your appointment. I do not give refunds if you forget about your appointment but I will allow you to reschedule for a better suited time.
8. I reserve the right to end the session without the option of a refund if I am made to feel uncomfortable by the use of abusive language, sexual harassment or unwanted advances and persistent demands for information about the future, contact with the dead or any topics I have outlined as out of bounds.
9. If you still feel like you deserve a refund for any other reason after your session is complete, you may contact me and I will review the situation at my own desecration.
